The Custom Lithium Aluminium Caravan & RV Battery range provides lithium power for caravans, motorhomes and off-grid touring. Choose from 400Ah, 560Ah or 620Ah to suit your appliances, available space and charging setup.
Built in Brisbane using premium A-grade LiFePO4 cells, these batteries combine an aluminium enclosure with a high-current battery management system and active cell balancing.
Australian-Made Lithium Power
Each battery is individually bench-tested before dispatch. The aluminium enclosure protects the battery components, while internal vibration insulation helps protect them during travel.

Choosing Your Custom Lithium Aluminium Caravan & RV Battery
400Ah: A practical option for caravan and motorhome setups needing substantial battery storage for everyday touring.
560Ah: Additional capacity for higher daily energy use or longer periods between charging opportunities.
620Ah: The largest capacity in this range, providing more stored energy for extended off-grid stays.
Actual runtime depends on your appliances, inverter losses, charging conditions and usable battery capacity.
Power Your Touring Setup
These batteries can supply compatible 12V equipment such as fridges, lighting, water pumps and communications equipment.
With a correctly matched inverter and electrical installation, they can also support suitable 240V appliances. Appliance loads must remain within the limits of the battery, inverter, cabling and protection equipment.
Battery Protection and Cell Balancing
The built-in battery management system helps protect against overheating and over-discharge. Active balancing manages the individual cells to help maintain balanced operation.
Use charging equipment configured for the battery manufacturer’s LiFePO4 charging requirements.

Installation by a qualified auto electrician is recommended. Confirm battery dimensions, mounting orientation, charger compatibility and installation requirements before ordering.
Your installer should ensure the mounting location, cabling, fuses and any enclosure or venting requirements suit your caravan or motorhome.
