The Custom Lithium Caravan & RV Battery range provides Australian-made LiFePO₄ power for caravans, motorhomes and off-grid touring setups. Choose 400Ah, 460Ah, 560Ah or 620Ah to suit your appliances, available space and time between charges.
Built in Brisbane, these 12.8V batteries combine high-capacity energy storage with integrated battery management and active cell balancing.

Custom Lithium Caravan & RV Battery Capacity Options
Choose from four capacities:
- 400Ah — CL-RV400: High-capacity storage in the smaller enclosure footprint.
- 460Ah — CL-RV460: Additional capacity with the same listed overall dimensions as the 400Ah.
- 560Ah — CL-RV560: More stored energy for setups with higher daily consumption.
- 620Ah — CL-RV620: The largest capacity in this range, with the same listed overall dimensions as the 560Ah.
A larger battery can extend your time between recharges. However, actual runtime depends on appliance consumption, inverter losses and usable battery capacity.
Power for Your Caravan and Touring Setup
These batteries can supply compatible 12V equipment, including fridges, lighting, water pumps and communications gear.
With a correctly matched inverter and installation, they can also support suitable 240V appliances. Induction cooking, coffee machines and air conditioning require careful planning of continuous load, starting surge and daily energy use.
Each model has a manufacturer-listed 380A continuous discharge rating. Your installer should confirm the battery, inverter, cables, fuses and connections suit the intended loads.
Integrated Battery Management and Active Balancing
The Custom Lithium Caravan & RV Battery range includes a Heltech battery management system and active balancer.
The BMS helps protect against overheating and over-discharge. Meanwhile, active balancing helps maintain balance between the individual cells.
Each battery is individually bench tested before dispatch.
Australian-Made Construction
Manufactured in Brisbane, these batteries use A-grade automotive LiFePO₄ cells and protective enclosures designed for touring installations.
Internal components are insulated against vibration to help protect them during travel over corrugations and uneven roads.

Allow additional room for terminal connections, cable routing, mounting and any required installation equipment.
Custom Lithium Caravan & RV Battery Charging and Installation
Use charging equipment compatible with the battery’s LiFePO₄ chemistry and specified charging limits. Depending on your setup, this may include solar, DC-DC and mains battery charging.
All four models have a manufacturer-listed 130A recommended charge rate and M10 terminals. Your installer should configure the charging system to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Custom Lithium specifies an AU/NZ Lithium Compliance Kit for installations inside caravans. Have a qualified installer confirm the required kit, location and applicable installation requirements before fitting.
