Designed for Your Ford Ranger
The Custom Lithium Ford Ranger Dual Battery suits Ford Ranger Dual Cab models from 2015–2026, including PX2, PX3 and Next Gen RA models. Custom Lithium also confirms fitment for the Super Duty Dual Cab.
However, Wildtrak X models with the Premium Sound Package require a fitment check before ordering. Some vehicle variations may also require alterations, so please contact us to confirm compatibility with your Ranger.
Custom Lithium Ford Ranger Dual Battery Capacity Options
Select the battery capacity that suits your accessories, travel plans and charging setup.
The 100Ah option provides auxiliary battery capacity for your camping essentials. Alternatively, the 200Ah option offers twice the rated capacity, giving you a larger energy reserve for longer stays or greater power demands.
Actual runtime depends on the equipment you connect, its power consumption and your available charging sources.
Australian-Made Lithium Battery Technology
Both options feature automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells within a compact aluminium enclosure. An integrated battery management system helps protect the battery, while an active balancer manages individual cell balance.
Each battery is individually bench-tested and backed by a seven-year warranty, providing confidence for your next adventure.

Complete your installation with the optional DC-DC mounting bracket, designed for Ford Ranger models from 2022 onwards.
Custom Lithium lists compatibility with the following equipment:
- Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 solar controller
- Victron Orion 50A DC-DC charger
- REDARC BCDC Core 25 and Core 40
- REDARC BCDC25D, BCDC40D and BCDC50D
The REDARC Alpha range is also compatible with the bracket option. However, installation requires relocating the amplifier by approximately 20–50mm.
The bracket, charger and monitoring equipment are optional accessories sold separately.

The wiring kit and tub panel customisation are not included. Professional installation by a qualified auto electrician is recommended, and some alterations may be necessary depending on your vehicle model and equipment.
