Available in 100Ah, 200Ah, 230Ah, 280Ah and 310Ah, this Australian-made range combines LiFePO4 battery technology with a compact ABS enclosure. Whether you need a lighter auxiliary battery or a larger energy reserve, there is an option to suit your setup.
Choose Your Custom Lithium Compact Battery
Start by considering how much energy your equipment uses each day and how regularly you can recharge.
The 100Ah model offers the lightest option in this range. Meanwhile, the 200Ah and 230Ah models provide more capacity within the same listed overall dimensions.
For greater energy storage, consider the 280Ah or 310Ah. These two options share the same overall dimensions, although their capacities and weights differ.
Actual runtime depends on your appliances, operating conditions and charging sources.
Australian-Made Lithium Technology
Custom Lithium manufactures these batteries in Brisbane, and the range is certified Australian Made. Each battery uses automotive-grade LiFePO4 cells within a high-strength ABS enclosure.
An integrated battery management system helps protect against overheating and over-discharge. In addition, an active balancer manages individual cell balance.
Each battery is individually bench-tested before supply.

Custom Lithium Compact Battery Performance
The 100Ah battery has a listed continuous discharge rating of 180A and a recommended charging current of 50A.
The 200Ah, 230Ah, 280Ah and 310Ah batteries have a listed continuous discharge rating of 330A and a recommended charging current of 100A.
All five models feature:
- Nominal voltage of 12.8V
- LiFePO4 battery chemistry
- M8 terminals

- Active cell balancing
Battery capacity determines stored energy, while discharge ratings help determine suitable loads. Therefore, match your battery, inverter, cabling and circuit protection to the equipment you intend to operate.
Charging Your Battery
Use a lithium-compatible DC-DC charger, solar controller or mains charger configured to the manufacturer’s requirements.
Custom Lithium lists a charging voltage of 14.2–14.6V and an absorption/float setting of 13.4–13.6V. Follow the instructions for your selected battery and charging equipment when configuring your system.
A suitable battery monitor can also help you track consumption and available charge.
Seven-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
Your Custom Lithium Compact Battery carries a seven-year manufacturer’s warranty for qualifying purchases from 1 January 2025.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. It applies to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
Follow the specified installation, charging, storage and operating guidelines to maintain warranty eligibility. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law also apply.
Shipping and Inclusions
Free shipping applies to the 200Ah, 230Ah, 280Ah and 310Ah options. Shipping charges apply to the 100Ah option.
