Build your touring power system around a Custom Lithium Ultra Slim XL Battery. Available in 800Ah, 920Ah, 1120Ah and 1250Ah capacities, this Next Generation range provides substantial energy storage for caravans, canopies and larger off-grid setups.

Australian-Made Lithium Power
Manufactured in Brisbane, the XL range uses premium A-grade automotive LiFePO4 cells. Each battery includes a modified Heltech battery management system and active balancer to manage and protect the cells.
Built-in protection covers overheating, over-discharge and low-temperature cut-off. A seven-year manufacturer’s warranty provides added confidence, subject to Custom Lithium’s warranty terms.
Custom Lithium Ultra Slim XL Battery Performance
All four capacities feature a nominal voltage of 12.8V, a listed continuous discharge rating of 380A and M10 terminals. This makes the range suitable for substantial auxiliary power systems when paired with correctly specified equipment.
Run everyday essentials such as fridges, lighting, water pumps and communications equipment. For induction cooking or other 240V appliances, select a compatible inverter and ensure the cabling, fuses and connections suit the intended load.
Battery capacity determines available energy storage; appliance demand and system design determine how that energy can be delivered.
Charging Your XL Battery
Use compatible lithium charging equipment matched to your installation. Depending on your setup, charging may come from a DC–DC charger, solar controller or mains battery charger.
Custom Lithium lists a recommended charging current of 130A across the XL range. Charger selection should also consider your alternator, solar capacity, wiring and preferred recharge time.
Installation and Fitment
Check the selected battery’s dimensions, weight and mounting requirements before ordering. Custom Lithium recommends installation by a qualified auto electrician.
For installations along a canopy floor or similar surface, follow the manufacturer’s approved mounting orientations and support the battery’s weight on the floor. Secure the unit using the specified mounting method.
Chargers, inverters, battery monitors and installation wiring are sold separately unless expressly included.
