BOAB 42L Vertical Poly Diesel Tank – Easy Range Extension for Your 4WD
Built Tough and Ready for Adventure
Made from durable polyethylene, this tank is built to handle tough Aussie conditions. Whether you’re hitting the tracks or touring outback, it’s made to last.
It also features wheel arch cut-outs, allowing a neat fit over rear arches inside most vehicles.
Easy Fuel Connections
At the base of the tank is a ½″ BSPT brass female outlet. A hose adaptor for 10mm (3/8″) fuel hose is included. That means you can connect it up quickly and without extra trips to the hardware store.
Near the filler cap, there’s a ¼″ BSP brass insert. You’ll also get a vent and 500mm hose kit, so your tank can breathe properly. The vent hose is long enough to place above the tank, reducing the chance of spills or fumes.

If you plan to mount the tank inside the cabin or canopy, it’s highly recommended to use the optional vent extension kit (Part No: FTUVK). This gives you two options:

This helps avoid fuel vapours inside your 4WD while keeping everything legal and safe.
